Why Recycled Plastic?

Play Mart products are made from recycled plastic with Stainless Steel hardware and welds.

These heavy-duty, durable materials are able to withstand years of extreme weather and

constant usage, making them perfect for outdoor commercial applications (and some are great indoors too!).

RSP™ (Recycled Structural Plastic™): Play Mart produces our proprietary plastic lumber from 100% recycled HDPE plastic milk jugs - a varied mix of postconsumer and post-industrial materials - on our in-house extrusion line. Sourcing only pure, clean, recycled HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) inputs to create our lumber is the best way to guarantee our high quality products. Combined with strengtheners and UV stabilizers, the plastic lumber possesses unusually high tensile and compressive strengths. Available in Brown or Tan.

SureStep™ Decks: This slip-resistant ridged RSP™ deck board is our proprietary design and works to greatly increase friction and reduce falls so children can walk and run confidently on our products. Play Mart is the only recycled plastic playground manufacturer to offer this safety feature.

Stainless Steel: Stainless Steel hardware, welds and attachment plates are standard on all Play Mart equipment - features unmatched in the playground industry.

SureGrip™ Metal Components: We powdercoat our climbers and sliders with a uniquely strong and textured surface, SureGrip™ , which increases friction and reduces falls. Play Mart is the only playground manufacturer currently using this slip-resistant powder coat.

Safe, Age & Accessibility Appropriate: Play Mart designs all products age appropriately according to ASTM F1487 and F2373 standards, CAN/CSA Z614 standards, CPSC guidelines and ADA Accessibility guidelines.

Playground Equipment:

• Mega Play Systems™ : ideal for providing lots of play space and the highest slides, climbers and decks. Mega decks are 48” x 36” (with a 10 ft maximum height) and posts are 6” x 6”. If you’re looking for a challenging, spacious play area, go Mega!

• Mini Play Systems™ : ideal for compact spaces and compact budgets, providing high play value (most cost effective per play activity) and maximum space efficiency. Mini decks are 24” x 31” (with a 6 ft maximum height) and posts are 4”x4”. If you’re looking for the most “bang-for-your-buck”, go Mini!
